Since beginning the practice of law in 1980, I've worked as a former Deputy District Attorney as well as a former Assistant United States Attorney. Since establishing my firm, Mark Bailey, Attorney at Law, I have turned my focus to the defense of individuals facing criminal charges. My previous experience now helps me understand how prosecutors approach criminal cases and, in turn, knows how to prepare an effective criminal defense for his clients.
